We at Bahamas Business Solutions Limited, pride ourselves on servicing all of what we sell. Our service team consists of experienced, factory-trained, industry-certified Field Service Engineers, with some boasting more than 25 years in the business. They provide prompt, reliable and professional service and are committed to doing the job right on time, the first time and every time.
Total customer satisfaction is our goal.
Our service helpdesk is available 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. You may also bring your equipment into our service center for repairs.
At BBSL we offer a wide range of service support options. We want to work with you to create a plan that works best for your organization and your budget. We can service your equipment on a time and materials basis, or via a full-service maintenance program that covers parts and labour, or via a managed print service contract which covers everything except paper or create a plan somewhere in between.
